Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. Due to Covid-19 and the subsequent lockdown, shipping times may vary.
Our shipping prices are for UK delivery. We also offer a free click and collect service from our Tiverton and Budleigh Salterton stores.
We will always endeavour to find the most cost effective option for international mail order customers. Please email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your country and the item you wish to be delivered and we will quote you the options.
Please allow 3-5 working days (Bank Holidays excluded) for standard UK deliveries. For next day delivery, please place your order by 12pm.
If you would like an order to be delivered outside of the UK, please contact email@example.com for an estimated delivery time.
Place your order by Friday 18th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery, or use our click and collect service and order by Wednesday 23rd December for Christmas Eve collection.
As a gift to you, we are offering free standard delivery until Christmas.
Returns and exchanges

In line with The UK’s distance selling laws www.ilovesnob.co.uk offers the following refund and return policy and process:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and name within 14 days of the item being received.
2. Ensure the item is returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with the labels still intact to the following address within 14 days of the above
3. Use the form that was included in your order.

You will receive a refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty when you receive it, we check everything - but mistakes can happen. Please email us at email@example.com explaining the issue, please send photos if possible. We will then do all we can to rectify the situation.
We are a small local business and we keep our prices ‘high street’ low, this means that we do not inflate our prices to cover postage and returns, like some other online only boutiques. Therefore we ask you to select your items carefully as you are responsible for the cost of the return postage costs.
