Rest of the world - £30 (please note this is the maximum you will pay- we will always find the most economical method for the item/s to reach you) if the amount is less than this charge we will refud you in the currency you paid.

Taxes & Customs Charges

If you’re shopping with us from outside the UK, please note that local taxes and customs charges may apply. These vary depending on your country and are set by your government. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges, so they won’t appear at checkout.

When your order reaches your country, you’ll be responsible for any import duties and onward delivery costs. Customs may hold your parcel until these are paid. If payment isn’t made, your order could be delayed, returned to us, or in rare cases, destroyed. If your parcel is sent back, any fees charged (plus shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.

Why this happens:

Since Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the EU single market. This means that parcels sent across borders may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs office will be in touch if payment is needed, and these charges must be settled before your parcel can be delivered.
